My Sales Stats Privacy Policy

My Sales Stats (also known as "Pace X") is a sales performance tracker for automotive sales teams, available as a web app, an iPhone app, and a Chrome extension. This policy covers all three.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, name, and role, used to sign you in and show you the right data.
• Sales activity data you enter: daily activity counts, goals, schedules, appointments, deals, and time-clock entries.
• Customer information you enter: if you use the customer book or appointments, the names, phone numbers, vehicle details, notes, and photos you choose to record about your customers.
• Optional profile card details: if you enable a shareable profile card, the name, photo, phone numbers, email, and dealership details you choose to publish on it.
• Push notification tokens: if you turn on notifications, the device token Apple issues your phone, used only to deliver reminders and team updates.
• Voice coaching sessions: if you use the voice coaching feature, transcripts of those conversations. Audio is processed in the moment by OpenAI to run the conversation; we store the text transcript, not the audio.

How it's used

Your data is used only to run My Sales Stats: showing your own performance, and — if you're part of a team — showing your activity to your manager and dealership leadership inside the app. Data you publish on a profile card is visible to anyone you share that card's link with; an appointment link you text a customer shows them their own appointment time.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising, and the apps contain no ads or third-party trackers.
• The Chrome extension does not track your browsing — it talks only to the My Sales Stats backend.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (our database, file storage, and authentication provider) and protected by row-level security: each signed-in user can only access what their role allows. Push notifications are delivered through Apple's push service. Voice coaching conversations are processed by OpenAI while the session is live.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from the iPhone app: Account → Delete account. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your sign-in, your customer book, your photos, your voice coaching transcripts, and your personal details (name, contact info, and profile card). Because dealership performance records belong to the store's business history, your past activity counts and deals are retained in anonymized form — they no longer carry your name or any personal details. You can also email us and we'll do the same on your behalf.
